Julphar’s Adult Primary Care unit launches the Pursuit of Medical Excellence Program

Julphar’s Adult Primary Care unit launched a new educational program: the Pursuit of Medical Excellence, as a regional marketing initiative to provide healthcare professionals (HCPs) with the latest updates in the field of adult primary care, and support them in their daily practices and interactions with patients. The first event of this program took place on February 17th in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

 

Focusing on the new updated guidelines in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infections (URTI), speaker Professor Taher Issa, Consultant ENT – Ear, Nose and Throat at Maghrabi Hospitals, Jeddah shared with the audience real case studies of very high practical value.

 

More than 70 general practitioners and doctors specialized in ENT and internal medicine attended the event, interacted in the discussions and shared their personal experience on RTIs guidelines and antibiotics treatment options.

 

The program was also the opportunity for Julphar to address the role of two of its major antibiotics in the management of RTIs that are positively perceived among HCPs in the Saudi market.
