Gopa Kumar is the Chief Human Resources Officer. He has over 24 years of HR leadership experience in Middle East, and has a strong background of strategic planning and initiatives, change management, organization development, restructuring and talent management. He has managed HR integration and business transformation projects across UAE, Oman, Bahrain, KSA and Egypt. In his recent role as Head of Human Resources and Administration with Falcon Technologies International, Ras Al Khaimah, has played a pivotal role as a management team member, to turnaround the business.    

 

Gopa Kumar is a Post Graduate in Industrial Relations, Personnel Management and Labour Welfare and holds a Bachelor degree in English Language and Literature. Kumar started his career with Prudential Group before joining American President Lines (APL), Falcon Technologies International, Damas, Dubai Aluminium (Dubal) and FTI – DMCC.
